Deliveries in Italy, San Marino and the Vatican City are made using DHL 

As required by the legislation governing business, all NIKYSHOES.IT deliveries will be made with an official invoice declaring the value of each item in Euros.  The invoice will show the discounted amounts for sale items.

DELIVERY DATES

Orders are shipped by NIKYSHOES.IT from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:30. Orders received at the weekends, will be processed on the Monday morning following the weekend.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT
Orders for items which are available will be shipped the first working day following the date of the order, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verifying the bank details of our new customers. During the sales period, promotions, events or holidays shipments may require longer delivery times. In all cases NIKYSHOES.IT reserves the right to delay shipping during event periods.

Order Delivery
Deliveries will be passed to the courier by 15:00 from Monday to Friday.  The orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (Mon-Fri)Delivery times will vary between 1 and 3 working days depending on their destination.

If for any reason the delivery cannot be made to the address supplied by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

These amounts will be deducted by NIKYSHOES.IT from any eventual refund due to the customer.  All customers are required to accept all contract terms and conditions at the time of placing the order. In accepting this contract, customers undertake to take delivery of their own package.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the goods, the delivery costs relevant for the delivery method be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

Shipping Insurance
NIKYSHOES.IT deliveries are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination (or the Italian border in the case of an export shipment) the insurance becomes invalid.

In the event of missing or damaged parcels, in order for the insurance to be valid, the customer is obliged to accept the delivery WITH RESERVATION, indicating on the documents any defects/missing items. Otherwise any damage or loss will be at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.

The goods are insured to the Italian border; beyond this geographical border the goods travel at the customer’ risk. In the event a customer accepts delivery without reporting any specific reservations, the insurance no longer be valid.

If the customer requires a shipment using their own choice of carrier or is already in possession of an insurance policy, no amount or discount will be sought or deducted from the order; the goods will travel at the customer’s.

If for any reason the delivery cannot be made to the address supplied by the customer, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

 

Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer from NIKYSHOES.IT

Delivery traceability
All our shipments are traceable.  As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information to display the parcel’s journey to its destination.
